It is important you enter your full address correctly at time of ordering. This is the responsibility of the customer. Please review your address upon opening a store account or ordering. Should you notice on your receipt that you have misspelled or included incorrect details, please contact us immediately as once goods are despatched, we cannot be responsible for errors made on your address. Our address labelling is automated and cannot pick up on errors or omissions. Orders shall not be resent /refunded/cancelled should an address error be made.
When trying out cosmetics for the first time, it is your responsibility to carry out a patch test by applying the product in the inside of your elbow 24-48 hours before applying this product.
From time to time, we run special discount code offers or with specific bloggers/vloggers. The codes are generally all UPPERCASE and can be enabled by entering them at checkout. Unfortunately, should a code not be entered, we cannot redeem the code manually. Nor reimburse discounts should the code not be redeemed after the payment is complete. Requests for codes to be added to orders already placed or redeemed cannot be honoured. Please ensure you contact us before checkout if you are having issues with a particular code.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Transit times can vary from country to country and some countries are considered slow transit. (please see below)
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our main priority is you. You've chosen to order with us and we really appreciate your custom, therefore, we aim to dispatch as quick as we can and generally our record is within 3-5 days.* Please note, this is the time we dispatch from our warehouse. Please allow time for delivery in addition to this. The length of time to reach your address can vary according to postal services and location.

IMPORTANT: It's advisable to order in advance of any personal requirements such as birthday/gift/college course deadlines to allow for dispatch and transit time.
We include your email address and phone number on the postal label so as if there is an issue with delivery, it may be a point of contact for the person delivering. If you wish for this information not to be included on your label, please state this in the Note Section at the time of ordering.
A flat rate Postage and Packaging fee of €2.99* is charged on all single brush and sponge items except brush sets which have a fixed rate from €5.99-€9.99 (excluding Palette Store items which have a fixed P&P cost of €5.19 per item**).

We offer a delivery service option using courier. Please ensure you provide the correct contact telephone number when ordering so as the courier can reach you upon delivery. The courier will call you before delivery therefore it's important to answer the call. Average Delivery time is between 24-48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Registered post starts from €9.90 and includes a tracking number. Items purchased are insured in the event of lost/undelivered items. *Should you require your tracking number in advance of delivery, please email us: email@example.com.

99% of the time, standard post is very effective and efficient. In the event that a customer reports a package undelivered after the estimated time of delivery (http://postage.anpost.ie/transit.asp), we then aim to track the delayed or missing package with ANPOST parcel "missing parcel investigation" This will ensure we find out where exactly the item is e.g. if it's been delivered and where to. The system has proven very effective for us. Please note: we cannot send out a repeat order/refund until we retrieve the missing item.
Note: The company will not be responsible for missing items should you give postal instruction other than your own address such as "if not in, leave in rubbish bin at back of house" or "leave in neighbour's porch" or any instructions of such nature.
Delayed Packages could be due to a slow transit country. This can vary according to customs and post office policies in each country. In our experience, the following countries can take longer than 12-26 days: Germany, Italy, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Middle Eastern countries, South Africa, India and Pakistan.
We cannot file a missing parcel claim until this time period has passed as your parcel may still be in transit.
Returned Packages as a result of “Not being picked up” or “Not possible to deliver to customer”.
Should we receive a parcel which has been undelivered and returned to us, we will notify you. In this instance, payment will be required to resend the item. Should you not wish for the item to be resent, credit or a refund will be issued less original shipping charges.
As we are based in Ireland, countries within the EU will not be charged customs duties.
You, the customer, are responsible for all customs taxes or other duties incurred. This can vary from country to country. It's advisable to check your own country's policy and rates to avoid any unexpected tariffs.
Check your brush that the handle is intact and there is no excessive shedding. A small amount can be natural in the first 3-4 uses.
Issue brushes should be reported to original place of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Please retain proof of purchase for your records.
Examples of a shedding/faulty brush: when large clumps of hair come away from the brush or the handle is loose.
You’ve invested in cosmetic brushes so you want them to last. The most certain way to ensure that your brushes last you for years is to take proper care of them.
By cleaning your brushes, you’ll not only prevent breakouts and bacteria building on your skin but you’ll also preserve the softness of your brushes.
If you are completely new to brush washing, make sure to go to our website and check out the videos on brush washing. If you feel you cannot care for your brushes using shampoo without getting the ferrule wet, take action promptly and purchase brush spray as the safest choice.
Flash wash /spray your brushes after purchase. Especially important for the natural hair brushes (before first use). This is important as it will seal all new hairs in place.
Use a daily brush spray or deep clean using a gentle brush shampoo. Use only very small amounts (pea-sized) of product to wash your brush. Avoidallowing water run into the ferrule (shiny metal part). This will cause the glue to loosen.
Avoid water damage. Water damage is the NO.1 cause of damage to bristles/brush heads or handles coming loose.
Rinse well. Another reason for a brush head to come apart is excess residue from product/brush cleaner not rinsed properly. Pat dry gently with a towel.
Lay brush flat or with brush tilted downwards on a clean surface and allow to dry naturally.

Most make up brushes with the general exception of foundation brushes will last you a long time if the right care and storage is in place.
Foundation brushes are exposed to the most bacteria out of your entire make up brushes collection. In this sense, they’re comparable to toothbrushes and may need replaced more often dependent on the level of use. Product and/or brush cleaning solutions can cause bacteria and residue to build up over time in the ferrule, the glue loosens, moisture builds which can lead to brush hairs shedding or your brush head detaching from the ferrule and handle. We keep the prices of our foundation brushes low as they may need replaced more often than the regular powder/blush/eye brush.

We would hope you are satisfied with all your purchases however, should you wish to return your unused purchase we ask that you complete the returns form and notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure you get proof of postage, as we must receive the goods before we can take the next steps of refund/exchange/store credit issued.
RETURN ON ALL UNUSED, UNOPENED ITEMS: 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes all returns must be received unopened and unused in its original packaging within 30 days. Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will issue a refund less postage to your chosen method of payment. Alternatively, store credit can be used as exchange for your returned goods. Should your returned items be detected as used, we will be unable to refund full amounts. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you experience an unnatural amount of shedding in the first 7 days, please contact us. It’s important you don't continue to use a brush, which you feel is shedding large amounts, as the issue will only worsen. Please do not discard of the brush, as we will need to run a check on it.
We offer a 60-day return from the date of purchase on all brushes purchased online. Should you purchase in one of our reseller stores, please contact the store directly with your issue brush plus proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of brushes, returns after this date are not accepted. Issues arising with your brush generally will happen within the first 3 uses. Please email email@example.com with your order # and 2 clear images of the issue brush. All replacements are sent upon receipt of the issue brush returned to our Dublin office. There are no collections/drop-offs at this office.
If you receive a defective item for example: a faulty brush or broken palette, we'll ask you to return the faulty good(s) and we will send you a replacement(s) as soon as we receive the returns. You'll be asked to complete a brief form with your reasons for return so we can ensure we better our services to you, the customer. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect order or your brush is faulty).
PALETTES: Please Note: We double check every palette before dispatch and ensure they leave us in perfect condition. We go to great efforts to pack palettes so that they arrive to you undamaged. It is out of our control how your package is handled once it leaves us however should your palette arrive damaged we ask that you contact us immediately (within 1 day of receipt of defective good(s). During transportation, goods may be damaged. We ask that you take great care when opening palettes.
Despite the careful wrapping that takes place with the palettes, some palettes will still be damaged during transportation. As the palettes are very affordable, we cannot replace every palette for minor damage. Here are a few tips as to what you can do:
In the event of a very badly damaged palette, we ask you to contact us straight away. For return of palettes, we do not incur the shipping cost of return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
