During off peak times, we will try our best. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away and we will try catch your order before it's dispatched.
Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled. However, you can return your order once you receive it.
Note: During Black Friday and Peak shopping times, we cannot amend or catch orders in the warehouse. You can of course, return when delivered using the Returns form below

That’s ok. We hope that your order is what you wanted, but we understand.

If you cannot attach the form, please include detail from the form and images in your email.
You can return your unused and in original packaged goods via mail/courier only within 28 days. Please note: Always get proof of postage.
Note: Goods must be fit for restocking. We cannot accept or refund goods which have been opened/out of package or used.
We do not offer free returns at present
You should include your full name and order number in your package so we can match it to your purchase and begin the refund process.
Upon receipt and inspection that goods are in perfect restock order, we will refund via your original payment method. Please note, this does not apply to purchases made with one of our stockists. Please contact them instead.
A PayPal refund is generally automatic. Note: this isn't your bank account and the refund will need to be withdrawn from your PayPal account.
Credit Card Refunds
Credit card refunds are arranged quickly at our end upon requests however your bank will take 3-7 days to process this payment back to your account. This is beyond our control.
For any other query, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org During this busy period, it may take up to 48 hours to respond.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly) This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return, and mainly how long it takes your bank to process the refund once we issue it.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns Received with 30 days from purchase
All returns, if deemed faulty or damaged upon inspection received within 30 days will be eligible for full refund/store credit/replacement/exchange to the same value.
*Important- We cannot refund should your item be returned broken or found to be used/open.
Returns received after 30 days from Purchase. Timeframe 30-90 days
Returns received within 30-90 days are not deemed faulty and are only eligible for store credit or product replacement.
*Important: All parts of the issue item must be in in your clear image
Please Note: We do not accept returns on products that have been used and/or are over 90 days for hygiene reasons. We can offer advice as to whether your product is being unknowingly misused however products over 90 days old cannot be deemed faulty.
