Blank Canvas Cosmetics is an award winning cosmetics and brush brand. Founded by Una Tynan in 2011 during an economic downturn, we have gone from strength to strength in the past 5 years.

We see the face as a “Blank Canvas” with endless possibilities. The founder, Una Tynan was inspired by the concept that you can be as creative as you want with the face using the right tools and makeup. She combined her 3 great loves of Art, Make Up Artistry and Business to launch Blank Canvas Cosmetics. “My vision was to create an affordable beauty brand without compromising on quality”.

Our History
Having initially started as a professional brush brand, our professional brush range has grown dramatically with over 150 styles of brush tools to choose from. This includes an extensive range of natural and vegan friendly fibres. Since launch, we’ve built a loyal fan base worldwide with 320,000 followers on Social Media. We come highly recommended by our loyal customers, ambassadors, make up artists, YouTube stars and top influencers. Our worldwide customer base ranges from a makeup novice to makeup fanatic.
Having firmly established our place in the cosmetics world, Blank Canvas began innovating cosmetics products.
- 2015 saw the sensational launch of the instant sell out Pippa For Blank Canvas Palette and Master Series palettes. Blank Canvas proved that we could compete with any top brand.
- 2016 saw the launch of the Dimension Series, BC Standee pouches, 40 new styles of brushes, 3 new professional sets and Blank Canvas solid soap.
- 2017 saw the launch of the Dimension Series II, an elegant brush series, combining function with unique next level standard tools.
Team
Just like any great enterprise, there is a fantastic Blank Canvas team who work arduously to ensure all aspects of the business from design, manufacture and production to order fulfilment, customer care, marketing and social media, are of the highest quality.
Much of the team is made up of Una's family. This, in itself, adds to the love that has gone into making Blank Canvas what it is today.
